This is an appeal from a judgment reversing a decision by the Texas Employment Commission (TEC) that it had jurisdiction over an appeal brought by J.C. Penney Company, Inc. (Penney). The trial court reversed the decision reached by the TEC that Jerry Lewis (Lewis) was not entitled to unemployment compensation and that he was overpayed benefits, and remanded the case to the TEC for calculation and payment of benefits to...
