OPINION

DRAUGHN, Justice.

The State of Texas appeals from the trial court's order granting appellee's motion to quash the state's information; and in doing so, it raises another variation of the issue as to what degree of specificity is required to allege the offense of driving while intoxicated so as to provide a defendant with sufficient notice of that offense under Tex. Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 6701l-1(b).
