This appeal arises from a divorce action between Del Ray McCord and Lisa McCord in which the parties contested managing conservatorship of their daughter, Dori Gail McCord. The paternal grandmother and her husband, Eva and Glenn Watts, intervened. Following trial, the court granted the divorce and appointed the mother and intervenors joint managing conservators, giving the mother primary physical possession of the child.
