HILL, Justice.

Reginald Wayne Starks appeals his conviction by a jury of the offense of capital murder. Since the jury gave a negative answer when asked if Starks would constitute a continuing threat to society, the trial court, as required by law, sentenced Starks to life imprisonment in the Texas Department of Corrections.
