OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

Appellant was charged with aggravated sexual assault, V.T.C.A. Penal Code § 22.021. Pursuant to a plea bargain, he pled guilty to the lesser included offense of sexual assault, V.T.C.A.
