Appellee Hansel & Gretel Children's Shop, Inc. [H & G] sued appellant Sandy International, Inc. [Sandy] to enjoin infringement of two trademarks and a trade name. After a jury trial, the trial court granted a permanent injunction in favor of H & G. In eight points of error, Sandy complains that: 1) the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction over this cause; 2) there was no evidence or insufficient evidence as to the actual trademarks...
