Appellant, Bullard's Oil Field Service, Inc., initiated this action seeking to recover money alleged to be due for services rendered to appellee, Williford Energy Company, for hauling and disposal of drilling fluids and for bulldozer work in the closing of a reserve pit following completion of drilling operations on a lease operated by appellee.
