Plaintiff Rose Keppler has sued Roger Miller and Hinsdale Township High School District 86 ("District 86") under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII"), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., and under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 ("§ 1983"). She alleges sexual discrimination and due process violations, but what she really wants is to make others pay for her mistakes. She will not succeed...
