John Hocker appeals from a judgment of conviction entered after a jury found him guilty of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Hocker raises three issues: (1) whether the district court erred in admitting into evidence two notebook pages found during a search of Hocker's residence; (2) whether the district court, after dismissing at trial the charge of delivery of a controlled substance, erred in not striking the prior admission...
