Defendant, Luke Construction Company, appeals from a judgment awarding to plaintiff, Michael Jerry Campbell, permanent total disability benefits under Louisiana Worker's Compensation Law for a back injury which occurred on August 26, 1980, during the course and scope of his employment by defendant. The judgment also awarded to plaintiff all medical expenses related to his back injury and ordered defendant to pay for any future surgery performed to correct...
