SINGLETON, Judge.

Abidin Zeciri was convicted, following a jury trial, of the first-degree murder of his wife, Safije Zeciri. AS 11.41.100(a)(1). Zeciri's primary defense at trial was that his wife had killed herself and that the state's witnesses, Rasim and Katherine Kadriu, who originally reported the death as a suicide, altered their stories because the victim's family, particularly her brother, Mefail Aliu, threatened anyone who helped Zeciri...
