Carolyn Walker appeals from a directed verdict granted in favor of the defendants after trial. The lawsuit arose out of the allegedly wrongful foreclosure sale in 1983 by Independence Federal Savings and Loan Association1 of Walker's condominium townhouse after Walker failed to repay her home purchase loan.
