In several, now consolidated, appeals, those adversely affected seek review of an order of the Dade County Circuit Court, Probate Division, in the matter of a ward who has been deemed incompetent both by reason of minority and mental incompetence. Because the order at once aptly describes the no less than shocking situation which gave rise to these controversies, resolves the factual disputes in a manner fully supported by the evidence below...
