Appellants, Trafalgar House Oil & Gas, Inc., Hamill Energy Company and Linda D. Schibi, Trustee, appeal from a $20,600.00 judgment in favor of Trinidad C. De Hinojosa, appellee. The judgment followed a non-jury trial. Hinojosa's claims against Esenjay Petroleum Corporation, a bankrupt defendant, were severed from her claims against the other defendants prior to trial.
