OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

McCORMICK, Presiding Judge.

Appellant, Bobby Joe Harrison, was convicted after pleading guilty to the offense of hindering apprehension. The trial court assessed a punishment of ten days' confinement and imposed a $500.00 fine.
