Juan Manuel Reyes-Ruiz was sentenced to twenty-four months' imprisonment after he entered a plea of guilty to one count of aiding and abetting the transportation of illegal aliens in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(B) and Title 18 U.S.C. § 2.
