This medical malpractice case was filed on May 4, 1981, by Vicki Diane Peden, daughter of Delena Jackson Aderholt and administratrix of her estate. Ms. Peden claimed that the death of Mrs. Aderholt at age 43 was proximately caused by the negligence of Dr. James D.
