MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is an appeal from an Order of the United States Magistrate, sitting in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, in which the defendant Thomas E. Barnes was sentenced to confinement on punitive status for four (4) months in the Midway Rehabilitation Center, Knoxville, Tennessee. [Doc. 14.] The Order, entered on April 13, 1989, found that the defendant had violated the terms and conditions of his probation and revoked the defendant...
