This appeal arises from a suit for damages filed on behalf of Dr. Koleman Finkelstein (Dr. Finkelstein) and Danica Thomas Finkelstein (Danica) against Velis Pena (Pena), Pena's insurer Old Hickory Insurance Company (Hickory) and The Prudential Insurance Company (Prudential), Dr. Finkelstein's uninsured/underinsured motorist insurer.
