This is an appeal from a decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission denying benefits to the claimant, John Paul Cox. At the time of the hearing, Cox was fifty years of age and employed as manager of the Nashville Livestock Commission. His duties included responsibility for supervising twenty employees, soliciting business, and selling cattle at auction. He also helped load the cattle.
