This appeal arises from the dismissal of plaintiff's suit against defendant, Xavier University, for breach of contract and denial of due process. Plaintiff, a tenured professor at Xavier University, brought suit seeking reinstatement and damages after the defendant terminated her employment on the ground of professional incompetence.
