OPINION

WOODARD, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for aggravated sexual assault on a child. The jury assessed punishment at twenty years' imprisonment. We affirm.

Appellant's sole point of error asserts that the State impermissibly exercised its peremptory challenges on the basis of race and gender to exclude black males from service on the petit jury. Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79, 106 S.Ct. 1712...
