OPINION

REEVES, Justice.

The jury found appellant guilty of the offense of possession of heroin. They also found that he had committed two prior felony offenses and assessed his punishment at life imprisonment in the Department of Corrections.

Appellant has raised three points of error. Appellant's first point of error is multifarious in that it alleges the trial court erred in (1) overruling his motion to suppress the contraband due to the illegality...
