("Sunnyside"), the debtor herein, filed its Cross Complaint against St. Joseph Bank & Trust Company ("St. Joseph Bank") and Capital Credit Company ("Capital"). The court held a trial on the Cross Complaint on January 21, 1988, and took the matter under advisement on April 11, 1988, following the time permitted for filing briefs.
