Defendant-Appellant David Bruce Ditchley was found guilty following a jury trial in the Marion Superior Court Criminal Division of two counts of Child Molesting and one count of Incest. He was also determined to be an habitual offender. The trial court subsequently sentenced Ditchley to a term of eight (8) years on Count I, Child Molesting, enhanced by thirty (30) years pursuant to the habitual offender finding, a term of two (2) years on Count...
