This is a workers' compensation appeal and is before the Court on motion of appellant for leave to file a supersedeas bond. KRS 342.300 provides that, on appeal to the Court of Appeals, a supersedeas bond may be filed to stay payment of benefits previously awarded to the claimant under the same statute.
