Charles Allen Dear, appellant, was tried by jury for the crimes of Unlawful Possession of Paraphernalia in violation of 63 O.S. 1981, § 2-405(B) (Count I), and Carrying a Weapon in violation of 21 O.S. 1981, § 1272 (Count II), in Case No. M-88-114 in the District Court of Rogers County.
