Michael H. Green appeals from his conviction and sentence for aggravated robbery, raising the following three issues:

"Whether the Appellant's right to due process was violated by the admission of evidence concerning pre-trial identification and subsequent identification at trial." "Whether the sentence imposed on the Appellant is illegal in that it was based on information which was not disclosed to the Appellant."...
