Following a jury trial, Phillip J. Wickham was convicted of one count of manslaughter, in violation of AS 11.41.120(a)(1), and one count of third-degree assault, in violation of AS 11.41.220(a)(2). Acting Superior Court Judge Christopher E. Zimmerman found Wickham to be a second felony offender and sentenced him to consecutive terms of twenty years with five years suspended for manslaughter...
