HOFFMAN, Judge.

Defendant-appellant Neal Ryan appeals from a judgment of conviction for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, a Class C infraction. Two issues are raised on appeal:

(1) whether there was sufficient evidence to support Ryan's conviction; and (2) whether the trial court erred by excluding evidence that the emergency vehicle was operated in an unreasonable manner.
