There are appeal by each of the parties in this action which derives from a Board of Professional Responsibility petition for discipline against John Zimmermann who is a duly licensed and practicing attorney in the State of Tennessee. At the time these proceedings were initiated the respondent was a member of the staff of the District Attorney General for Davidson County.
