Richard Bellino appeals his conviction of vehicular manslaughter, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 203 (1983), following the entry of a conditional guilty plea in the Superior Court, (York County, Brennan, J.). He alleges that the State failed to comply with the time regulations of the Interstate Compact on Detainers, 34-A M.R.S.A. §§ 9601-9609 (1988), and as a result the manslaughter charges against him should be dismissed.
