Following denial of a motion to suppress evidence and dismiss the information (Pen. Code,1 §§ 1538.5 & 995), the court found Charles George Pompa guilty of possessing cocaine for sale (Health & Saf. Code, § 11351). The court suspended imposition of sentence and placed him on three years' probation, including a condition he serve one hundred eighty days in custody...
