Defendant, as personal representative of the estate of Lucille McKee, appeals a judgment voiding, on the ground of undue influence, both Edward McKee's will, which gave all of his estate to his wife, Lucille, and all of the inter vivos property transfers that made her a joint owner. Plaintiffs cross-appeal, contending that the trial court erred in awarding Lucille's estate a one-half interest in Edward's estate under the intestacy statutes. ORS...
