Employer, Joseph Sansone Construction Co., and Truck Insurance Exchange Co. (insurer) appeal from the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) which awarded workers' compensation benefits to employee, Frederick Sansone (claimant). We affirm.
