Movant appeals from an order denying post conviction relief under former Rule 27.26, repealed effective January 1, 1988, and replaced by Rule 24.035. On December 18, 1986, movant pled guilty to robbery first degree, kidnapping and armed criminal action. He waived his right to a pre-sentence investigation and was sentenced on all charges.
