Claimant Campbell appeals from a decision and award of the Industrial Commission and the employer/surety cross appeals. The Commission found that Campbell had suffered a compensable industrial accident and awarded both temporary total disability benefits and permanent partial disability benefits based on a rating of 20% of the whole man disability. The Commission denied Campbell retraining benefits and some of the temporary disability benefits...
