This case comes before the Supreme Court on an appeal by the defendant, Roger Lamoureaux, from a Superior Court jury conviction of entry of a building with felonious intent in violation of G.L. 1956 (1981 Reenactment) § 11-8-3.1 The defendant raises several issues that call into question certain rulings made by the trial justice.
