JUNELL, Justice.

A jury convicted appellant of involuntary manslaughter and the court assessed punishment at confinement for three years in the Texas Department of Corrections. In three points of error appellant claims: (1) the court gave the jury an incorrect definition of involuntary manslaughter; (2) the court unconstitutionally diminished the State's burden of proof by improperly instructing the jury on the law; and (3) the evidence was insufficient...
