Defendant Paul Fazzini was indicted by a grand jury on three counts of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(a) and (d), and three counts of carrying a firearm during those robberies in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1). A jury found the defendant guilty on all counts and the district judge sentenced him to 25-year concurrent terms on two of the bank robberies...
