OPINION

WEAVER, Chief Justice.

Appellant, George Washington Hann, was convicted by the trial court of criminal trespass. See TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. sec. 30.05 (Vernon 1989). The judge set punishment at thirty days in jail and a $500.00 fine.

We reverse and acquit.
