In this dissolution action the trial court set apart certain separate property and distributed the martial property to the parties. The husband appeals. His sole point on appeal is that the trial court erred in awarding "to Wife ... assets having more than twice as much value as the assets awarded to Husband...."

To support his point, the husband argues that the gross value of the property awarded to his wife was $127,223 (59.4 percent) while...
