Appellant, Robert E. Bryant, Jr., (hereinafter Bryant) appeals the trial court's judgment directing a verdict against him at the close of his evidence at trial. Bryant's cause of action arose out of a motor vehicle collision in Independence, Missouri. There were five vehicles involved in the accident. Bryant brought suit against the drivers of two other vehicles involved in the accident, Robert P. Frank and Donald E. Propps, alleging that they operated...
