The plaintiffs, Mariette Poulin and her husband Jean-Paul Poulin,1 appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Androscoggin County, Brodrick, J.). A jury found no negligence on the part of the defendant, Aquaboggan Waterslide, for the back injury suffered by Mrs. Poulin as a result of using the defendant's waterslide in Saco.
