Defendant-Appellant Raymond Wagstaff was charged in a three-count indictment with bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a), bank larceny, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(b), and entry into a bank with intent to steal, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a).
