A jury trial resulted in appellant's conviction of Commission of a Felony (Rape) While Armed, for which he received a thirty (30) year sentence, and Aggravated Assault and Battery, for which he received a sentence of not less than one (1) year nor more than five (5) years, his sentences to be served concurrently.
