Vera Robinson filed suit against a Nebraska physician, Dr. James Monaghan. She asserts that her claim is based on "professional negligence." Ms. Robinson claims in July of 1985 she made application for medical insurance coverage from State Farm Insurance Company. She listed her treatment with Dr. Monaghan.
