Movant, Edward Eugene Christy, appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion without an evidentiary hearing. On February 6, 1987, in the Circuit Court of Vernon County, movant entered a plea of guilty to a charge of two counts of forgery, § 570.090.1(1) RSMo 1986, and two charges of tampering in the first degree, § 569.080.1(2) RSMo 1986.
