Marvin Wiley and John Malveaux, relators, complain of Honorable Mary Pearl Williams, Judge of the 53rd District Court of Travis County. On June 23, 1988, Judge Williams signed an order overruling a motion to compel production. Relators seek to have that order vacated by writ of mandamus.
