Gordon Crispell appeals from a summary judgment in favor of Sunbelt Chrysler Plymouth, Inc. ("Sunbelt"), on Crispell's fraud claims arising out of the purchase of a 1985 Chrysler Laser automobile.

Crispell went to Sunbelt, an automobile dealership, to inquire about purchasing a new car. He met Eric Shull, a salesman for Sunbelt, and test drove a Laser. Crispell told Shull that he wanted to make a deal that would allow him to trade in his 1984...
